Cancellation / Refund Policy
If we receive your cancellation notice at least three (3) weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will refund the amount of your deposit less a cancellation fee of $50.00 per room. For cancellation notices received within three (3) weeks of your scheduled arrival date, you are responsible for the entire amount of your stay, and no refund will be given unless we are able to rebook said room(s), you will be refunded your amount less a $50.00 cancellation fee per room. No refund will be give if we are unable to rebook your room(s).
We shall not be liable for incidents due to acts of God, strikes,
terrorist attack, family death or other events beyond our control. Guests are requested to please note arrival and departure dates carefully since they are responsible for all days reserved. No refunds will be made for unused days due to the late arrival or early departure. There are no refunds for holidays and festivals.
